If you need assistance, you can get it in the following ways:

1. In the lower right, you will find a green button with the caption Soporte, that button will display a form in which you must complete the information requested in the fields shown.

2. If you have an email, you can send an email to support@quiubas.com. This email must contain detailed information regarding your doubts or questions. This will help our support team to provide the best solution.

If you have found a problem, error, malfunction or bug. Send an email to support@quiubas.com. This email must have a detailed description of what happened, for a better solution, it is recommended that you attach the screenshots of your problem. For a faster solution we recommend you include your access information, which would be your username and password.

The WebSMS runs mainly in your browser and a little part in the API.

If the app is responding in a slow way, we will need to verify the following situations:

  • If you, when executing some action or when you want to obtain information, notice that it responds in a slow way, an example would be, when trying to add a contact to the directory, it might be a problem coming from the platform and you can report it to: support@quiubas.com.

  • If you cannot switch between web pages nor switch language, this is a problem coming from your browser or hardware. In this case, with updates on your computer, close tabs or other applications that you are running.

UCS is a character encoding standard defined by ISO/IEC 10646. It is a standard set of characters which are used as a basis for many other character encodings. UCS contains over a hundred thousand abstract characters, and each is identified through a unique name and a sequence of integer numbers called the code point. When an SMS is converted into UCS they count every 70 characters. Any character that is not in the list of GSM characters will make the SMS become UCS.

GSM is a second generation (2G) digital mobile telephony standard. This system supports, in addition to voice transmission, the transfer of data, the exchange of text messages and the roaming service.

The limit of characters by message is 160

The directory is a function that allows you to manage the base of your contact numbers. In which you can create different groups of users for a better management of your bases when making a large number of shipments.

To perform this action, you must perform the following steps:

  • 1. Go to the menu and then to Directorio.

  • 2. When you are at Directorio, select the option Contactos.

  • 3. Then, in the upper right corner, you will find a blue button with the caption New Contact.

    • At this point you will need to have at least one Group of Contacts. Otherwise, the caption will be No Groups. If you don’t know how to create one Group, go to How to create a group?, for more information.

  • 4. After clicking, two options will be displayed:

    • Unique

    • Massive

Now you know how to create new contacts!

To perform this action, you must perform the following steps:

1. Go to the menu and then to Directorio.

2. When you are at Directorio, select the option Grupos.

3. Then, in the upper right corner, you will find a blue button with the caption Nuevo Grupo.

4. After clicking, it will display a window, in which you must; fill in the information that is requested.

Now you know how to create new groups!

To perform this action, you must perform the following steps:

  • 1. Go to the menu and then to Directorio.

  • 2. When you are at Directorio, select the option Contacts.

  • 3. When you are at Contactos, in the upper right corner, you will find a blue button with the caption New Contact.

    • At this point you will need to have at least one Group of Contacts. Otherwise, the button will appear red and with the caption No group. For more information go to How can I create groups in the directory?

  • 4. Point the cursor to the button, which will display a small menu of options, these options will be Unique and Massive, choose the option Massive.

  • 5. After selecting the option, a window will appear on the right side, in which the following information will be required:

    • Excel File: Which must have the users you want to add. This file must have two columns. The first will be assigned to the contact numbers, these must have their corresponding country code. The second will be for the name.

    • Group: It will select the group to which users will be directed.

A template is a piece that serves as a guide for a predefined design. It can also serve as a base sample with common elements that can be used indefinitely; however, each content may vary.

An example of a template with variable content is the following:

Happy Birthday Susan.

Where Susan is our content to vary.

To create a template follow these steps shown below:

1. Go to Templates.

2. Once you are at Templates, at the top right, you can find a button with the caption New Template.

3. Click on the button, then a window on the right side will be displayed. That information must be completed in the following way:

  • Title: Here, you will place the name of the template. We recommend that you enter a code name so that you can identify it more easily.

  • Template: This is where you will insert the content of your template. In the text box you can see a simple example, which is similar to the one presented before.

4. Finally, after you have written your template and are sure of its content, proceed to click on the button Add Template.

5. After selecting the option, a window will appear on the right side, in which the following information will be required:

Each created template will be added to a list that you can visualize in Templates.

Note: As you may have noticed, we use the term Variable n that you should always use when creating a template because this is the information that will change depending on who wants to use the template created, since this information will be extracted from an excel file that you must add in the section Campaign for more information visit How can I create a campaign using a file?

Campaigns that use fixed content are those that use the Directory, to get the User Groups available in your account. If you still do not have User Groups, go to How can I create groups in the directory?.

To create fixed content, you must follow the following steps shown below:

1. Go to Campaigns.

2. Once there, in the upper right corner, you will find a blue button with the caption New Campaign. You must fill the following information:

  • Name: Here you must assign the name of the campaign.

  • Date and Time: Here, you will assign the date and time of the campaign.

3. After having entered the information and having accepted, three format options will be shown, we turn to Using the Directory.

4. After clicking on the first option, you will see two sections:

  • First: On the right side, you will see a preview of what the message would look like.

  • Second: On the left side, there is a box with the following information to provide:

    • Select your group: In this option you must select the User Group that you wish to use.

    • Add Message: Write the message you want to use.

5. Finally, after reviewing and being sure of the content, click on the button, with the caption Send Campaign.

Now you know how to create campaigns with fixed content!

The campaigns that use a template are those templates that you have created in Templates and that are available in your account. If you still do not have Templates, check How to create a Template?.

To create a campaign using a template, you must follow the following steps shown below:

1. Go to Campaigns.

2. Once there, in the upper right corner, you will find a blue button with the caption New Campaign. You must fill the following information:

  • Name: Here you must assign the name of the campaign.

  • Date and Time: Here, you will assign the date and time of the campaign.

3. After filling the information and having accepted, three format options will be shown, go to Using a Template.

4. After clicking on the second section, you will see two sections:

  • First: On the right side, you will see a preview of the template to be used.

  • Second: On the left side, there is a box with the following information to provide:

    • Template Selection: In this option you must select the template you want to use.

    • Selection of the excel file: You must select your excel file previously accommodated so that the information it contains can be placed in the variables defined by you in your template. If you do not know how to create your document, see the information How can I create a campaign using a file?.

5. Finally, after reviewing and being sure of the content, click on the button, with the caption Send Campaign.

Now you know how to create campaigns with templates!

The campaigns that use a file, are those created from an excel file with the information that you want for your campaigns.

To create an excel file, it must contain the following structure in order to avoid problems when your file is read.

A file Excel is conformed by Columns which are identified with the letters of the alphabet that are on the upper side, and Rows which are listed and their numbering is on the left side. Now, depending on the number of columns you will use is the number of variables that you want to use. These variables will begin to be counted from your Column B in the Excel sheet, since the first column, which is Column A it must be assigned for the numbers to which it will be addressed. Example:

This is how the information is taken to be assigned in the variables defined by you, in those actions that ask you to use the sheets of Excel. Now, seeing it from a less technical point of view, it would be as follows.

Note: The excel file must be uploaded with the default style, in case you have added, some style of letter, size or color, it must be removed, this can generate conflicts when loading the information of the Excel file.

Once you understand this, follow the steps below to create campaigns with a file.

1. Go to Campaigns.

2. Once there, in the upper right corner, you will find a blue button with the caption New Campaign You must enter the following information:

  • Name: Here, you must assign the name of the campaign.

  • Date and Time: Here you will assign the date and time of the campaign.

3. After entering the information and having accepted, three format options will be shown, go to with a file.

4. After clicking on the third option, you will see two sections:

  • First: On the right side, you will see a preview of the template to be used.

  • Second: On the left side, there is a box with the following information to provide:

    • Selection of the excel file: You must select your excel file previously accommodated so that this information is replaced in the variables.

5. Finally, after reviewing and being sure of the content, click on the button with the caption Send Campaign.

Now you know how to create campaigns with a file!

A team member is an additional access that team member may use the WebSMS.

To add team members, follow the next steps:

1. Go to menu Connections.

2. Then, choose Team Members.

3. Next, your list of team members will appear, in this case it will appear empty. In the upper right corner you will find a button with the caption Add a Member, clic it.

  • Name

  • Last name

  • Username

  • Email

  • Phone Number

5. Finally, after filling each field clicks the button with the caption Add Member.

Note: The phone number must have its corresponding country code before the 10 digit corresponding to the number of the member to add.

Unfortunately, team members cannot eliminate them directly, for this the option is Disable, those users Disabled they cannot access or execute any action. If you really want a member to be eliminated, we ask you to contact us at support@quiubas.com

Momentarily, if you wish to add more balance to your account, you must contact us at support@quiubas.com. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, we are working to automate the service to let you add balance from your account.

It is a function that will allow you to send messages instantly with a few clicks as follows:

1. Go to https://dashboard.quiubas.com

2. Once there, you must scroll down with your mouse until you find the section Fast SMS.

3. Then, you must proceed to place the requested data:

  • Country Code: Select the code of the country of origin where you want to send the message.

  • User Number: Next to the country code, you must place the 10 digits corresponding to the number of the user to whom you wish to send the message.

  • Message: Finally, you must enter the message you want the user to receive.

4. Once all has been verified, proceed to press the button Send.

Note: Quick messages can only be sent one by one.

If you wish to review the messages you have sent and do not know where to monitor them, go to the following address: https://dashboard.quiubas.com. Once there, log in with your account, and then you can observe an SMS record in which you can monitor those sent SMS.
